For bulky heavy packages a small handling fee may be charged which is added at checkout.
Delivery cost is determined by weight and is worked out automatically at the checkout.
Australia & the Pacific - $10 for up to 0.5kg, then $5 per half kg additional.
Rest of the World – $20 for up to 0.5kg then approx $10 per half kg additional.
Your parcel will be carefully wrapped and safely packaged in a recycled box. If you would like your purchase to be gift wrapped or with a homemade gift card, please let us know. We are very happy to do this (select options under Gifts & Packs) and can post to the recipient if you wish.
Parcels are posted on payment. Delivery within New Zealand is 1-3 days. Parcels are tracked so please contact us if you have not received yours when expected and we can track it. If you choose Free Delivery in Wanaka we will contact you to arrange a pick up or drop off time to suit.
International delivery times are approximately:
Australia 7-9 days
United States & Canada 10 days
England 10 days
Rest of World 10-15 days
There may also be import tax and duty to pay on your parcel, this depends on your own country’s regulations.
You can choose to pay with Credit Card Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Paypal. We have a secure server for credit card payment and this is the only option for taking payment from international customers. New Zealand customers can also choose to pay using Bank Deposit. Cash is welcome from customers in Auckland who choose free delivery or pick up.
Payment is processed in NZD. You will receive an email receipt once your payment has been received.
We hope that you are more than happy with your purchases but if for any reason you are not completly satisfied then please let us know.
You can return the NEW UNUSED items to us within ten days. This exludes all sale items.
Please note that items must be in original, unused, condition with packaging intact. Items must be returned with a copy of your receipt. We can then organize a replacement or a credit. If we do send you out a replacement or different size, we won’t charge you any more delivery costs. You do have to pay at your post office to return the original to us however, ensuring the items are safely wrapped and packaged.
